Recently built apartments "Roza" are located west from Trogir, 800 m from the town center. The house consists of 3 apartments. The first one is on the ground floor, second one is on the first floor and third one is in the attic. Apartments are situated directly by the sea where you can rent a boat or organise a fish-picnik. In just 10 minute walking distance, you can come on bigger beach. All guests can use our parking space in front of the apartments. They are open throughout whole year, because besides
air condition, we also have a central heating.

Apartment 1 (Ground floor)
A2+1 Studio - Area of 40 m2, it has its own entrance, a bed for two person and one separetedbed. It also has totally equipped kitchen (cooker, coffee machine, fridge, microwave,...), living room, toilet, shower, sat/tv, radio/cd, air condition and garden.

Apartment 2 (First floor)
A2+3 - Luxuriously equipped apartment with the area of 70m2 + balcony with area of 25m2, totally equipped kitchen (cooker, coffee machine, fridge, microwave,...), and the big living room with an extra pull-out sofa for two persons, room with bed for two persons, bathroom with a tub, sat/tv, radio/cd, central heating, air conditioned.

Apartment 3 (second floor)
A2+2 - Area of 50 m2, consists of a kitchen (cooker, coffee machine, fridge, microwave,...), with two beds and extra room with three beds, bathroom, sat/tv, air condition and a big balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Apartments are situated on the second row from the sea. All guests have reserved paring space, possibility of berth for your boat and renting our boats.
